Conchita Pleasant began her career in the beauty industry with Soft Sheen/Carson, Inc., currently owned by L'Oréal USA. She has successfully marketed a variety of hair care brands. She is currently the Founder of Nefertiti's Secrets and owner of Pleasant Image Distributing, Inc. Unfortunately, in 2011, Conchita was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and lost all 18 inches of her hair after receiving chemotherapy treatments. She fought through her depression and was determined to find a Natural Solution to help grow her hair back. In 2014, Conchita successfully developed her first hair product, which ultimately helped to grow her hair back. As a result, Nefertiti's Secrets was born and now these Amazing products are helping so many others achieve their healthy hair goals! Her Faith, Passion to help others and Divine Inspiration helped her to persevere during a very difficult time. She is grateful to be a 12 year survivor.

Conchita continues to be a driving force in the health & beauty industry by developing innovative and quality hair care products, made with natural ingredients. She values entrepreneurship, female empowerment and beauty & wellness. In her spare time, she contributes to the next generation of women through mentoring programs for at risk youth and volunteers to empower underprivileged women dealing with abuse amongst many other challenges in life.
